      • B. Non-Profit Organizations are required to make available their membership lists (which includes contact info for all members) to all members (which could include government intelligence officers), and they also face being dissolved by the government if they “threaten the existence of the State of Israel”. Some say this can be interpreted to include the identity of the State of Israel as a Jewish State, or to include support for pro-Palestine organizations that can be labeled as terrorist groups or supporting terrorism (“Amutot Law” (1980)) --

        3. An amuta shall not be registered if any of its objects negates the existence or democratic character of the State of Israel or if there are reasonable grounds for concluding that the amuta will be used as a cover for illegal activities.

        • (a) The register of members and the register of board members, the minutes of the general meetings and the financial reports submitted to the general meeting shall at any reasonable time be open for inspection by all the members of the amuta.
