FUTURE GIGS
There has been talk of three gigs that Rogan? might play at. The first is a Battle of the Bands at the Riverfront. We think this would be a lot of fun, but we need at least one original song. The second is for a school's graduation dance. We don't know what school or when as of now. The third is a Battle of the Bands at the Civic Center. This would really be cool. All of these we are not 100% sure that we will be playing at, but they might all happen.
BATTLE OF THE BANDS
Battle of the Bands was a huge success. We had a great time. The Left-Overs got 4th, FTP got 3rd, Imperfect was runner up, and Rogan? recieved first. We had some difficulties though. Zach's microphone wasn't working for the first song, the piano during November Rain could not be heard well, and the flames that were supposed to shoot up from the stage did not function correctly. Nevertheless, Rogan? ended up with a $200 check in its pocket.
Morning Mix Show
We had our television debut on the Morning Mix on March 8th. The sound quality was odd and we had to play soft. Also, the cast nicknamed us "Rogaine." But we still had a great time and it was a unique experience. Rogan? set up our stuff the night before the taping so things would move more quickly. We met the Battle executives at the studio at 6:25 am and watched the show behind the scenes untill it was time to go on. Then we played "All Around the World" and "Down With Disease." Even though we were cut short of finishing the songs, we still got some quality air time.
