Hooter
Hooter the owl grew in the forest with his mom. Eventually they were both trapped by owl collectors. The Owl collector forced Hooter to sit on a post all day and watch the forest. He continued this for 3 years. Finally, some members of Rogan? discovered him and got the owl collector to let him go for a large sum of money. Hooter still sits in the band room, regulating all the activities.
