When this cards were withdrawn from circulation in september 1993 the value of the unused units were payed back to the owners.This operation of reimbursing the unused value is recorded (marked) on the back of the card by PTT officials. There were 2.000pcs issued-other sources mentioned 10.000pcs. Rare piece, PRICE-70$ circulated ,150$ UNC. |
