Reini is from the 30th century, future Crystal Tokyo. Her mother had been locked in a deep sleep and she was sent to the future to find the Silver Crystal and the past Senshi. When she does find them, and returns to Crystal Tokyo, bring them along to help, she is captured and turned into Black Lady. Then her mother and father appear and tell her who she really is and that they love her. She and Serena defeat Wise Man, using the past and future Silver Crystals. Reini can be a brat, but is always there when you need her. During the series, I felt some pain for her lonelyness in a place she didn't know. Without her parents (well her parents from the future) there.
