How Black Lady came to be...

When the Senshi from the past went to the future with Reini to try to save her mother, they entered into the Crystal Palace with the Senshi of the future had a force field around it. Reini had run inside to find her mommy. The Senshi followed her. Once inside Darien heard a familiar voice, the same one who had been in his dreams (should say nightmares, but hey...). The voice turn out to be King Endymion, Darien's future self. When the Scouts entered the room with Reini in their arms, Sailor Moon(Serena) and Tuxedo Mask(Darien) rushed over to her, grateful she was safe. Then Endymion droped the bombshell. "Reini is your daughter."

While Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask took in this information and looked totally embarassed, Rei ask how and when this all happened. Endymion said that Neo-Queen Serenity is Serena's future self and that he was Darien's future self. They had a daughter, and rule over Crystal Tokyo. He told the inner senshi that thier future selves were combining thier powers to protect the palace and Queen Serenity who was locked in a deep sleep. King Endymion also said that only Neo-Queen Serenity can use the Silver Crystal to save them all. While Sailor Moon pondered on this and began to form a plan, Reini had awaken and heard about her mother. She ran crying from the palace, beyond the force field created by the Future Senshi and right into the hands of Wise Man. Wise Man had seen the great power Reini possesed and knew that with her by his side, his plans would not fail. So he set a trap for Reini and when she left the palace he caught her. Wise Man took her memories and twisted them. He made her believe that her mother and father didn't care about her. That the future and past senshi didn't like her. With these memories in Reini's mind, she became evil. He cresent embleme on her forehead turned upside down and black, representing the Dark Moon Kingdom.  Wise Man made her older and very powerful. With that came the birth of the Black Lady!! (Below is an animated image of Reini's transformation to Black Lady (Wicked Lady in DiC version). Caution:While loading it does have what some parents might not find appropriate for kids eyes. It's not really bad though. )

Black Lady's Introduction into Sailor Moon...

Although Black Lady was shown in the anime a handfull of times, many people liked the sassy evil Reinie. When battling the senshi, she was a powerful enemy and since the Sailors didn't want to hurt her, she used it to her advantage. Oddly enough, when she became evil, so did the luna-head shaped ball (Luna-P). It's gold cresent changed into the upside down, black cresent moon. People think because Reini and Luna-P were always together, and Luna-P was also her artifical protector, was why that happened. Who knows? If you do, email me.   In the end, Serena (Sailor Moon) gave Black Lady back her memories and she became good again. Then Princess Reini and Neo-Queen Serenity (Serena again!) kicked Wiseman's backside, by using the past and future Silver Crystals! Score two for the good guys...girls!!  ^_^
