Beck came to me as a very gangly 13 month old from a conformation show home in Florida's flatlands. He had a lot of basic lessons to learn, starting with learning about body awareness and controlling it as well as the fact that in Vermont, the earth is NOT flat! After allowing him time to "find himself" and while doing some necessary physical and mental maturing we began laying the foundation for his working program. Although a slow process, the benefits from not rushing his training have proven to be well worth the time and effort. |

In August of 2001 he passed his ATT (UDC Adult Temperament
Test) at the Canadian Regionals, earning the crowd's approval with
the first applause of the day for his very convincing response
to the agitator. In May of 2002 he passed his WAC with highest marks throughout. To round off the 2002
trialing season Beck earned his BH title in October. We then had some unexpected obstacles in 2003 that had nothing to do with dogs and dog training but effectively stalled our progress that season. We were back to work trying to make up for lost time in 2004 and Beck earned his SchH/VPG1 that Fall. In 2005 Beck earned his SchH/VPG 2 with a respectable 277 out of 300 points. |

His only litter was born in May 2001 out of our own Rebholzer Deja Vu BH WAC CGC. You can also see his 2 wonderful sons on their own pages; Twist and Quest. |
