Ted Bronson has put together a little project for the club to spur activity observing. The purpose of this exercise is to obtain and complete all the parameters required for an Observer's Certificate. All reports will be handed in at the meetings to be checked. Honoured mention at our meeting and in the newsletter upon completion of the certifcate will be your claim to fame.
