Kronos (Saturn) was a Titan, son of Earth and Uranus. Uranus disliked Titans, and kept them prisoners in the guts of Earth. When she decided to take revenge of Uranus for all the pain, she asked the Titans help, but only the youngest, Kronos, helped her. Armed with a sharp reaping hook, during the night, he cut Uranu's genitals and throw them at the sea. In the sea, from Uranus genitals Afrodite (Venus) was born. Kronos married with Rea but he was eating his children cause he heard from his parents that one of them would take the power from his hands. When Zeus was born, Rea gave a rock to Kronos to eat and she hide Zeus. He was growing up unperturbed and when become strong enough, fought to the death with Uranus, and released all the Titans.
