Rental Terms
1.Arrival and Departure
Guests are collected from the
airport on arrival and returned there on departure. Depending upon
the time of departure, guests may be asked to restrict their usage
of some rooms in the villa so that it can be prepared for the next
group of guests.
2. Meals
A Continental style breakfast with cereals and fresh fruits and
juices is included in the rental price.
Lunches and dinners can be
provided at an additional cost. This can be provided on a daily
basis or as required. Guests have the facility of a fully equipped
kitchen to cook their own meals if preferred, as part of the
basic price.
3. Maid service
A maid service is provided as part of the basic price. This
includes a laundry service, but not ironing (available for an
additional charge).
4 Telephone
A telephone is available in the house and guests will be charged
for usage at the rates charged by TSTT. Payment in full prior to
guest departure.
5.Office Facilities
A Computer System fully equipped is also accessible to guest
which is internet ready this is included in the basic price
6.Exclusion of liability
The owners of Properties accept no liability for guests
and their belongings for the duration of their stay. It is the
responsibility of guests to take out appropriate insurances and
otherwise to take measures to ensure their safety and protection
during their stay.
