Welcome to CD/DVD Review Section
UPDATE: APRIL 9th, 2009
This is an unique reviews site done by fans of progressive music, not a bunch of journalists, thus giving a slightly different approach to the CD/ DVD reviewing process. In the end, it's really the fan's opinion that truly matters to the artists/bands.
Since the beginnings of ProgNaut.com in 2001, I've added staff of like-minded people to help me out on the reviews, Currently assisting me in reviews are Mark Johnson [MJ] and Joseph Shingler [JS]. Please bear in mind that this site is done as a labor of love.
CDs generally are reviewed appoximately 60-90 days from the day of receipt and DVDs appoximately 90-120 days of the reciept. All of the reviewers, including myself, have offline responsiblities, so it may take a little longer. It's well worth the wait, I can assure you that from the artist responses of past reviews. Starting April 2009, there will be at least 4 reviews posted weekly. The reviews are announced on the ProgNaut.com update list (please join if you haven't done so already) as well as a satellite site over at MySpace.com.
We do NOT review any MP3's or online music.
If you're sending an unsolicited material, please be sure to include a current email address and a short bio or your website link in the package. Please click HERE to see where to send your submissions. All CD/DVD submissions are subject to a "first come, first serve" policy. Sorry no exceptions. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
