The pictured postcard was written by my paternal grandmother, Ora O'Neill Hackney. She addressed this postcard to her brothers, Oran and Herschel Hackney who were living at the time in Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming, USA. The postage stamp on this card was a "one penny" stamp. It reads as follows:

At Sea

7-19-1911

Wish you were with me boys. I am having a glorious voyage.

Water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink. Blue above and blue below.
