The Yin and the Yang
The basic concept of Yin and Yang
1. Yang is hot, warm, bright, high and Yin is cold, chill, dark, low.
From Chinese medicine perspective, all movement, outward, upward, warm, bright and invisible is Yang. On the other hand, all quiet, inward, downward, chill, dark and visible is Yin. Sky is Yang and earth is Yin. Fire is Yang and water is Yin. Fire is hot and upward, therefore is Yang, water is cold and downward therefore is Yin. Air is invisible, it is Yang. After the air experience temperature drop it become liquid, visible, it become Yin.
The Five Element

1.1 Wood
Wood can be straighten, can be curved. It is growing and expanding.
1.2 Fire
Fire is hot, warm and upward.
1.3 Ground
It contain, absorb and provide life.
1.4 Gold
1.5 Water
Water is downward, moisturize and cold.
