The Five Zhang

心 ﹑肝 ﹑脾 ﹑肺 ﹑腎

心 - 𻶣主血脈

i)脈管通暢

ii)血液充盈

iii)心氣充沛

The above three criteria is very important to support once healthy life. Lack of any of the above will result sickness.

In order to examine whether your heart is function healthy or not

i)面色 - 面񑙒紅潤

ii)舌色 - 舌񑙒淡紅

iii)脈象 - 脈象有力

iv)胸部 - 胸部舒暢

If 面色紅潤, 舌色淡紅, 脈象有力, 胸部舒暢 then you are in a perfect condition

If 面赤舌紅﹐舌深起紅刺﹐ 破碎疼痛﹐脈數﹐ 心胸煩熱﹐ 不易入睡, then you are 心火旺.

If 面色與舌色淡百無華﹐脈細無力﹐ 心慌, then you are 心血虛
