Events...

Food Drive - We wish to share the bounty of Autumn with those in our community who are less fortunate. We will be holding a food drive to benefit the Ottawa Food Bank. Each month in the Ottawa region 40,000 people will use the local food banks. 16,000 of those will be children. In the midst of harvest plenty - hunger walks.

Items most needed include: canned fruits and vegetables, canned meats, cereal, soup, macaroni and cheese, children's lunch items, juice boxes.
ALL items are gratefully accepted.

For more information on how to fight hunger in our community, please visit...

Feast of Friends - Part of our picnic in the park will be the celebration of the many blessings the harvest has given us. We will share in a potluck community feast. To eat and drink of the gifts the earth has provided.

You can bring apple cake, you can bring potato salad, you can bring nothing. All are welcome to share in the feast. If you are able, please bring something for the feast. A small note identifying any of the common food allergens that your dish may contain would be appreciated. Please also bring a plate and cup to use for the feast. To ensure that all containers get back to their rightful owners, please put your name on it.

Craft Magic - For kids of all ages there will be a variety of craft activities ongoing throughout the day. Harvest colouring, make your own dream pillow, or perhaps create a harvest themed door decoration. Glue sticks, felt, sparkles and garlands... what better way to have fun for a few hours!

Sacred Spiral - A moments ease within the hubbub of the day. A silent walking meditation. What mysteries lie at the heart of the spiral?

Faery Face Painting - Adorn, draw and decorate yourself. Dazzle us with your designs. What symbol speaks of your path? For kids of all ages.

Divination Corner - Your opportunity to experiment with different forms of divination. Always wanted to try the Runes? This is your chance! Do a reading for yourself or try one for a friend.
