| The Film:It starts when three British roommates living together in a four bedroom flat are looking for a house mate. The interviews they conduct are very unorthodox and very funny. Eventually the three agree on Hugo. He moves in, locks his door, and is not seen again. After a couple of days the three become curious and break in to his room. They discover their new flatmate dead but loaded with a briefcase full of money. What do they do? Do you do the right thing or do you keep the money and dispose of the body. They then find their relationship put to the test. Then begins a twisted funny thriller. |

My Comments: This was a refreshing film with lots of twists and turns and lots of dark humor that I enjoyed very much...The three stars were brilliant. It is a stylish film made on a small budget, with a brilliant story and interesting and fun characters. If all independent film making is like this then Hollywood have something to worry about. Ewan stunned me with his performance as Alex. He was brilliant and very believable making Alex so boyish and devilish. I loved his character. I enjoyed the film from the very first minute I watched it until the end. I Rate This Movie: 9 out of 10 |
