For the past two months, with God’s help, we have begun to publish a monthly magazine for our Holy Archbishopric’s. The aim is to give information to all, and coordinate the work of the Archbishopric, as well as to raise us spiritually and strengthen our Orthodox Tradition. Its purpose is also to be a voice for us all. We want to encourage the publication of views and ideas that serve the purpose we have mentioned, and to cultivate a spirit of union and cooperation for a better future for the Orthodox in this beautiful country in which God has placed us.

In order to continue the publication of our magazine, Alexandrian Lighthouse of South Africa, without difficulties, we must all support this endeavor. Those who subscribe to our magazine will help to support the pastoral work of our Archbishopric and thus fulfil our great responsibility for the service of our people.

The monthly subscription to our journal is R10-00 (ten Rand). All who wish to receive the magazine by mail can fill in their name and address in English and return it with their subscription as a cheque made out to the Greek Orthodox Arch bishopric of J and P, or deposit their subscription into the Archbishopric’s account: Standard Bank Group, account number 200300210, in the name of the Greek Orthodox Archbishopric of J and P (Killarney, Houghton) and send us your postal address and proof of deposit.
