about otaku mascots

otaku mascots are window sitters for microsoft windows. they run on otaku mascot application by accursed toys inc., which is also the editor program
they are basically bitmap graphics animations that react to click
being placed on top of your active window, otaku mascots are usually little sitting figures
you can download the program from otaku world and get lots of mascots from the archive (subscription required)
