Donna's involvement with Chinese Cresteds

Donna Jones (Kuddly's) owned her first Chinese Cresteds in 1997. It all started when she saw one at a dogshow. She just had to ask "What kind of dog is this?" From then on, she started her search for one. She found a Powderpuff Female and her Hairless daughter that was available to a show home. Donna and her daughter, Kerri Vogts, co-owned the girls together.

From here, the journey of showing and breeding Chinese Cresteds began. Their Powderpuff Female, started out loving the ring, winning a 5pt major her 3rd show and finished her AKC Championship very fast. Their Hairless Female did not like the showring. Although she was AKC pointed, she did not finish her Championship.

They soon acquired another Chinese Crested from a wonderful breeder. This time a Powderpuff Male. Sadly, he too did not like the showring and was neutered and placed in a pet home. Again, the journey for searching for another Chinese Crested started over. Another breeder had offered Donna a male and a female. This time Donna bred her Male to a friend's bitch.

Producing a very nice litter, Donna chose "Kuddly's Imatootsiepuff" and that is now "Toots" a wonderful Powderpuff female.

Stacy's involvement with Chinese Cresteds

"TOOTS!" The whole reason for Stacy Morgan (Morgan's) falling in love with Chinese Cresteds. Stacy had seen them before at dogshows, even looked at them many times on the internet but never thought she would ever own one.

Stacy met Donna through their American Eskimo Dogs. She went to Kansas to meet Donna and to purchase a show Eskie puppy.  "Toots" jumped in Stacy's lap, kissed her face and was so excited to see her.. this was the first time Stacy actually touched one. That personality, the sweet face, the smile she brought to anyone meeting her..... Stacy will never forget that day.  How can you not fall in love with this silly, vocal, loveable and kissable Chinese Crested? !

Donna called Stacy about 1 yr later and told her about a Hairless female needing a show home... Yes, you guessed it.... "Dove" joined Stacy's family shortly after!  A day that still makes Stacy smile! Stacy and Pam Bradford (Dove's Breeder) co-own "Dove" together. Stacy showed "Dove" so far one weekend in 2004. They will be back out again out in the rings in 2005.

Kuddly's Morgan's Chinese Cresteds

Donna and Stacy have shown, bred and co-owned American Eskimo Dogs  combining their lines together for a few years now. They have learned that their dogs "niche" together nicely and have produced exactly what they were hoping for ... Beauty, Brains, Stucture, Awesome Temperaments and that Showy Attitude they both love. The partnering of their dogs has proved successful in the showring and out. Some have even made wonderful 'therapy dogs'! You will see some of their breedings on the "Morgan's American Eskimo" site.

Donna and Stacy are striving to own, show and breed their Chinese Cresteds with the same ethics and quality as they do with their American Eskimo Dogs. With "Toots" and "Dove", the foundation bitches of KMCresteds, their goal is to bring forth only the finest quality of lines for the future generations of wonderful Chinese Cresteds.
