Descriptive Roll of Captain Joseph Story Company B of the Twenty-first Infantry Missouri Vols., enrolled under the call of the President for Volunteers, to enter the service of the United States, which said Company was mustered into service at Canton, Lewis County State of Missouri, the First day of February 1862 for the period of three years or during the war.

Captain Josiah W. Davis - January 5, 1862.
1st Lt. L.D. Woodruff - March 27, 1862: Resigned July 13, 1862.
1st Lt. Richard Reese - August 2, 1862.
2nd Lt. Edward Fox - March 27, 1862: Died May 19, 1862.
2nd Lt. Jeremy Fox - Oct. 4, 1862: Mustered out Dec. 5, 1864 Exp. of term of service.
2nd Lt. Owen S. Hagle - September 30, 1865.
