EASTER EGG HUNT AT KODAK THEATRE
The delegates spent part of their Easter Egg Sunday caught up in an Easter Egg hunt devised by co-host Billy Bush.

Miss Missouri USA, Shandi Finnessey, lead the other 50 delegates during the egg hunt.

Stephanie Guerrero, Miss Texas USA 2004, finds and Easter egg in the hat of Stage Manager Ken Stein during an Easter egg hunt masterminded by Miss USA 2004 competition co-host Billy Bush at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on April 11, 2004. Guerrero found one of the two eggs that contained a cash prize of $100.

Delegates set to win it all on Monday

After Thursday's Presentation Show, held at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, the 51 delegates for Miss USA 2004 are rehearsing and preparing for Monday's finale. Although 15 will continue the quest for the crown, whittling down to just 15 proved a daunting task for the preliminary judges as this year's crop of beauties was a highly competitive one.

Prior to the competitions, the delegates received the red carpet treatment.

Miss Kentucky USA 2004, Lauren Stengel, and Miss Utah USA 2004, Kyla Faye Dickerson, immediately face a camera man for the Fox Sport's "Best Damn Sports Show Period."

"Best Damn Sports Show..." hosts Chris Rose and Tom Arnold pose with several delegates after taping.

Whether its meeting celebrities or appearing on television shows, the delegates always looked their best for the cameras.

During an appearance on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," our reigning queen, Susie Castillo received a surprise proposal from boyfriend of 4 1/2 years, Matthew Leslie.

According to the report from the Associated Press, Leslie got down on bent knee and presented Castillo with a diamond and pink sapphire ring.

"Everybody started screaming," Castillo said. "All the 51 Miss USA delegates were right behind us. They were crying. I was shaking." Susie almost didn't make it to the taping in Hollywood. She got stuck in her hotel's elevator for 20 minutes.

Speaking of Susie, visit her tribute page, a look at her year in pictures.

It's only right to meet the boss...

Donald Trump, center, socializes with the 51 Miss USA 2004 contestants after a taping of 'The Tonight Show' with host Jay Leno, Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in Burbank, California.

Miss Alaska USA 2004, Cari Leyva, wears a helmet and flak jacket as she prepares to go for a ride inside a U.S. Marine Amphibious assault vehicle as part of a USO (United Services Organizations) supported trip to Camp Pendleton by Miss USA 2004 delegates.

Miss Arkansas USA 2004, Jennifer Sherril, points out to the ocean as she and Miss Connecticut USA 2004, Sheila Wiatr (R), are shown some Marine Amphibious assault vehicles by PFC Lucil Vega (L) during a visit in support of the USO (United Services Organizations) to Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California.

Delegates had the opportunity to go on the deck of the Queen Mary, as well as play a few rounds of bowling at the Lucky Strikes bowling alley.

WELCOME BACK TO MISS USA QUEEN!
It is always exciting to come back with a new look and a new Miss USA pageant. This site has been inactive for most of the past year due to my personal commitments and I've been trying to finish this site and launch it before the telecast. Yes, I've procrastinated, but I made it just in time! The newest thing I like most about the site is that it's spacious and full of color. Inside, you'll find the 51 delegate portraits, gallery of prelims and the finale, and the info you'll need about Miss USA 2004. The downside is that I had to sacrifice image quality in order to curb the sudden site shutdowns due to the overuse of bandwidth. Yeah, it sucks when Miss USA Queen is temporarily down, so bear with me with this.

I want you to enjoy what I've made for you. I really do appreciate your visit to my site, Miss USA Queen!
