My photos

This view is on the opposite side of the narrow strait, as seen from our summer cottage. It is called Hevosuitti by the local people. It is a place where they used to take their horses to swim when coming to our island from the mainland.  Today there is no more horses but a small herd of cows usually comes there to drink every evening.

The photo is taken in the early morning light.

Here is a little collection of my photos. Most are taken with Minolta gear, some with other systems. To help viewing, I have tuhmbnailed them and put them under some categories.

Most of the photos are scanned with HP PhotoSmart S20. I haven't edited them very much. In most cases I have also preferred smaller file size over the quality, which shows up in some pictures.
