I do not know any details regarding the family of Elizabeth Henderson. The 1881 census suggests she was born in approximately 1850 in Darlington, County Durham. However, the 1901 census suggests she was born in approximately 1859 in Richmond, Yorkshire.
What is certain is in approximately 1872 she married William Wilson, who was from Wilsington (Or Wolsingham), Durham and they had at least eight children in Tunstall, Sunderland before the 1901 census. Her husband's occupation in the 1881 census is "Labourer" but the 1901 census records William's occupation as "Colliery Horse Driver". I don't know either Elizabeth or William died. |
