Thomas Forester was born on 4 September 1760 in Stamfordham, the son of Aaron Forester. I don't know who his mother was or whether he had siblings.
In approximately 1783 he married a woman named Mary and they had six known children between 1785 and 1799. The first two were born in Horton by Blyth, Northumberland and the last four in Bedlington, County Durham. It can be assumed that their fourth child, Jane, died young as twenty-six months later they had another daughter whom they also called Jane.
I have no details of Thomas's occupation or when he died.
