HOW TO PLAY

This rpg is of the "play by e-mail" type. In a way, think of it more like an interactive fan-fic with rpg elements scattered throughout. Extensive knowledge of the Evangelion universe is required. After submitting an application (comprised of a Character Sheet and Combat Guide) you will be allowed to join a mailing list (assuming you were accepted) where you will be able to read the e-mails being submitted between the members of the rpg and interact with them accordingly.

Writing any entry containing backhistory, conversations with other characters, etc. is allowed without a letter of approval from me. Where a letter of approval from me IS required is during a battle. The stats of your character and the Angel's will be compared, and I will issue you a brief statement as to what the Angel (or other opponent) is doing. It is your job to write well and make that brief statement look pretty. All entries submitted for the rpg should be done in character (something I shouldn't have to remind you about).

After a certain amount of submissions, the e-mails will be edited and squeezed together into a lengthy chapter which will be placed on the website. These can be found at 'The Tale Thus Far'.
