About us and our cattery!
When I started breeding
pedigree cats some 13 years ago,
I started with Norweigan Forest
Cats.
NFO's from my breeding are
today well known in a lot of countries
both in- and outside of Europe.
Australia, South Africa, USA and many
countries here in Europe have
bloodlines with (N) Laksjöen's cats inside.
My exprience from breeding
white and silver for example was
very good knowledge when I
1999 started to breed British Shorthair
in these colour incl the agouti
varaities.
In between, 1996, I
lost my heart to the Manx cats.
And today the Manx and the
British are the two breeds I work with.

My Manx have been very much
appreciated on shows.
My stud, (N) Laksjöen's
B.B King, MAN n09 53, have been both
Scandinavian Winner and also
European Champion.
He has also sired a lot of
famous offsprings.
I do have a breeding permittance
from NRR, for mating Manx
with British Shorthair to
reach the goal to get Manx more
look-a-like the standard written.
