Hecateans are acknowledged Panthesits with the Goddess Hecate as the centeral Divine focal point. Hecatean Witches worship Lady Hecate of the dark moon, as a Dark Goddess who incomapsses the shining light within the darkness.
Lady Hecate is a self-sustaining trinity Goddess. Completeing the phases of Maiden, Mother and Crone cycles of life within Herself. Also known as Hecate Triformous. She is One and None at the same time.
Hecate has dominion over the Heavens, Earth, Sea and Underworld. Her knowledge is the of the past, present and future; for She is known to look in all directions at once. She controls the dreams and nightmares of men and She represents mans greatest fears and desires.
Her teachings include the knowledge of time and magick. She instructs Her Witches in the sacred mysteries of the night and temperingknowledge with wisdom. Her sons and daughters desire balance in all things physcial and spiritual.
There are many solitart Witches and few covens dedicated to Queen Hecate. We are all diverse in the way that Hecate decides how each of Her children will worship Her.
