Duties:
Solve problems while performing
the same functions as employees when necessary
Ensure the Reps are adhering
to the training provided
Act as a workload
distributor and delegator, boosting the department’s
performance by meeting daily and weekly goals
Meet daily with the agents
and Weekly with the Call Center Manager to update
work progress and to determine work focus
Coach and evaluate employees’ performance.

Excellent interpersonal-management, presentation,
and listening, verbal, accent and written communication
skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for other
people
Pleasant phone manner
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
projects
Experienced in leading teams
Requirements:
Complete initial training and three month probation
Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Education:
University degree preferred
Diploma from post high
school accredited institution
Minimum
1 year as a supervisor, or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Comprehensive knowledge
of the call center industry or comparable service
and support roles and subordinate positions
Working knowledge of computers, contact
management software, Microsoft Windows, and telephones
Customer Support Reps
Duties:
Make outbound calls to and receive calls from
international customers
Make sales calls on line
Set appointments
Respond
to inquiries
Provide literature
Make reservations.
