NEW ORLEANS 2005

post-katrina

Following the destructive path of Hurricane Katrina along the gulf coast, I was asked if I would be interested in traveling to New Orleans to help my company's sister station, WWWL, in their time of need. They were the only station to remain on the air in the days that followed the storm, when the worst part of the disaster would begin. I quickly volunteered for the assignment.

The photographs aren't of the highest quality, taken from a couple disposable cameras acquired on the road, as my good still camera was still in the shop. While the colors and resolution aren't the greatest, the images speak for themselves...
