        AREAS OF INTEREST AND HOBBIES :          

Regarding to my spare time, I'm interested in esoteric sciences and natural medicine, as well as in oriental matters, mainly :

• Bach Flowers which I attended to the introductory and advanced seminars (levels I and II) and presently in level III training (Practitioner Course) of the Official International Bach Education Program, teached by Carmen Monari (MD);
• Auriculotherapy, were I concluded the course from Chinese Therapy Centre (Lisbon), teached by Cristina Carvalho, and, also, attended to a seminar, teached by the Master Luis Pedreros;
• Acupuncture, were I concluded the Training Course for Acupuncturists, promoted by Cristina V. F. Carvalho, Unip. Ldª and teached by Cristina Carvalho (Certified Trainer);
• Eastern Reflexology, were I concluded the course from Chinese Therapy Centre (Lisbon), teached by Cristina Magalhães, and, also, attended to a seminar in Funada Center (Orientaland), teached by the Master Toshio Funada;
• SuJok Acupuncture, were I concluded the course from Chinese Therapy Centre (Lisbon), teached by Cristina Carvalho;
• Tai Chi Chuan, were I attended to an initiation course, teached by Luzia Wittmann in Chinese Therapy Centre (Lisbon);
• Feng Shui, wich I attended the Level I course, teached by Marisa Dias in Chinese Therapy Centre (Lisbon);
• Shiatsu, which I concluded the first, second and third level courses (respectively, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced) of the Funada Center (Orientaland), supervised by the Master Toshio Funada;
• Moxibustion, which I attended to a seminar in Funada Center (Orientaland), teached by the Master Toshio Funada;
• Spirituality, were I attended the Workshop "How to link with Heaven still being here", teached by Alexandra Solnado;
• Silva Method of Mind Development and Stress Control, which I attended to the Basic Course and became a Graduate;
• Alfa Level, were I attended to a Seminar on Alfadinamics, teached by Dr. Franco Bianchi and promoted by Centro de Estudos para o Desenvolvimento da Consciência "Caminhos para a Cura";
• The Body Mirror System, which I attended the Weekend Seminar of Brofman Foundation for the Advancement of Healing, teached by the instructor Philippe Hannetelle and organized by Bioatividades;
• Reiki, were I have the3rd Level of the method of Essential REIKI (initiated in the three levels by the Master Sandra Ramos), as well as I have the 2nd level of the Tibetan Usui method (initiated in the two levels by the Master Isabel Alvarez);
• Saint Germain Flowers which I attended to the respective formative seminar, teached by Prof. Neide Margonari, who tuned these Saint Germain Flowers;
• Sanathana Sai Sanjeevini Therapy, were I attended to a seminar, teached by the Therapeutist Alfredo Cruz;
• Raja Yoga,  were I attended to the courses of the Brahma Kumaris Center in Lisbon.

I'm also an enthusiastic amateur of photography and video. I like music in general, with no preference of any musical type, and to view action, adventure, western, science fiction, comedy and sea and submarine related films.

I'm a sea lover and my preferred hobby, as the weather conditions allow, is to go to the beach and take some sea bath. It's one of the best things of live.

And, finally, as it must be, I'm an assumed internet utilizer, that I use frequently.

          SPORTS :          

In what concerns to sports, I'm a nautical and submarine sports lover. In a hobby base I practice swimming, free diving, fishing and, more sporadically, submarine spearfishing. I'm, as well, a scuba diver but I don't practice it for some time and I practiced in the past sailing (Laser, Laser II and 420 classes) and windsurf.

I have a nautical sport license with the graduation of basic skipper.
