Country Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups light cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
16 oz. day old bread, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
Grease 9X13 pan well. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread; refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

Serves 6 to 8. The beauty of this is you can fix it the night before your guests are due for breakfast and save yourself the kitchen hassle in the morning.
