Cappuccino Mix

1 cup coffee creamer 1 cup Nestles Quick mix
2/3 cup instant coffee crystals
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Store in an airtight container.
To make yourself a 1 cup serving add:
3 Tablespoons mix to 6 oz. hot water
or
3 Tablespoons mix to 6 oz. hot coffee

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
In a blender combine: 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup light Dannon vanilla yogurt 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup 3 Tablespoons wheat germ 2 ice cubes
Blend until thick and smooth. This is very filling and a great breakfast drink. 400 calories

Fruit Smoothie
In a blender combine: 1 cup light Dannon Vanilla yogurt 1 cup orange juice 1 banana 1 cup pineapple 1 cup fresh strawberries Blend until thick and smooth.
Variations: Substitute the banana with 2 kiwi and 1 cup pineapple; Substitute the pineapple with peaches, fresh, frozen, or canned. If you like cantaloupe, substitute the canaloupe for pineapple.
You can use what ever fruit you like and it will come out a wonderfully different taste every time.

Cranberry Party Punch
1-6 ounce can frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate 1-6 ounce can frozen Orange Juice Concentrate 1-6 ounce can frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate 6 cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail 5 cups cold water 1-28 ounce bottle Ginger ale, chilled
Thaw juice concentrates; combine with cranberry juice and water; chill. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Carefully pour in ginger ale, stir gently. Float orange and lime slices, if desired. Makes 16 1/2 cups of punch.

Orange Julius
1-6 ounce can orange juice 1 can whole milk (6oz.) 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine in blender. Turn speed up and add 10-12 ice cubes.

Tea Punch
1 can Hawaiian Punch (48 oz.) 1 can Orange/Pineapple drink (48 oz.) 1 32 oz. bottle Lemon/Lime Soda 1 1/2 cups Tea
Mix and chill well (better if chilled overnight.)

Strawberry Punch
1 pint Strawberries 2 large vess cream soda 1-12 oz. can Lemonade 1-12 oz. can Orange Juice 2 1/2 cans water
Mix together and serve.

Sherbert Punch
1/2 gallon Pineapple or Lemon-Lime or Orange Sherbert 1-12 oz. can frozen Orange Juice 1-12 oz. can frozen Lemonade 2 cans 7-up 1 large bottle Gingerale 3 cans (12 oz.) water- (use orange juice or lemonade cans to measure water)
Put sherbert in punch bowl. Pour all other ingredients over sherbert. Serve. Excellent for showers.

Punch-Lemon,Lime or Fruit
1 box Jello (any basic lemon, lime or fruit flavor) 2 cups boiling water 1 cup sugar
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water and let cool.
1 large (46 oz.) can Pineapple Juice 1 oz. Almond Extract 9 1/4 cups water
Add to cooled jello mix. Chill to freezing, then thaw to a slush. Make punch in a color to blend with the season or holiday.
