Almond Raisin Bark

1 cup almonds, skin on
1 pound white chocolate-flavored candy coatings
1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
2. Place the almonds on another cookie sheet and heat in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
3. Put candy coatings in a large measuring cup and microwave on DEFROST for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times. Remove from the microwave.
4. Stir in the raisins and toasted almonds.
5. Pour onto the prepared cookie sheet.
6. Allow to cool, then break into pieces.
Note: Raisins may be omitted for an almond-only flavor.
