Ah, the place where I get to recommend my favorite stories. Most of these are linked to the fabulous website Characters in Bloom.
1. The Pirate Way by Haleth
I would actually recommend just about anything written by Haleth; most recently, she has been writing a story entitled The Way You Say, an RPS Bana/Bloom story that I've become hooked on. Her stories are available here.
2. Leave Me Lying Here by Lydia Nightshade
Another of my long-time favorites. I remember that I read a random chapter from this story and got sucked in, so I sat down and started hunting up the earlier chapters from the story. Lydia's become one of my good online slash-buddies. Her stories can be found here.
3. Billy's Best... by Lemur
There is no way ANYONE can miss reading this one. Not a huge fan of Billy Boyd, but I still got sucked in. Good writers tend to do that. Her essay "Homoeroticism Ahoy!" is an excellent study of Pirates of the Caribbean, and her current story "Little Ghost" is exceptional. Her stories can be found here.
4. "Whoreific Interlude" by Jeff McKay
One of my favorites, probably because it involves Frederick Abberline...*sigh* It's available here.
More coming soon!
