Dearest Vicki, I loved your Angel page... I cried, as I thought back to my own experiance of loosing a baby, and coming to terms with the greif, with the awful aftermath of never being able to hold my own baby girl... Eventually, when I was finally ready o acknowledge her and let her soul fly free, Sean gave me a star that he had bought for our angel-child, and that night, I had a dream quieter than death, whereby I saw my baby girl in Christ's arms... The next few months were taken up with caring for her twin sister, Mary (our beautiful earth-child)and I learned to intergrate her presence into my life... I realised that even though I could not hold her, she was still my daughter - still a part of our family... As I whispered prayers over my earth-child, I started to imagine tucking clouds of pink around my angel-child, and whispered prayers up towards her soul... But what very few people do know, I am now going to share with you... Before the transplant, I was very ill. I suffered a minor cardiac arrest, and died. Thank god I was revived, but in that tiny window between this world and heaven, I followed a bright light down a long tunnel, and at the end of that tunnel, I saw my angel-child. I held her in my arms, and she looked up at me with her tiny angel-face... I placed my hand over her right breast, and could feel her little heart beating... (Mary and Christi a were identical shadow twins, which means that christina's heart was on the right side) I was filled with such overwhelming love, and then a tugging sensation drew me back towards the tunnel... I woke up to find Sean by my side. He had been crying, and that's when I discovered that it wasn't a dream... I had actually "died and gone to heaven..." Because heaven to me will always be where my angel is... and earth is where my husband and my earth- hild live... Now, Christina has a new play-mate, and even though I still mourn her, I know that she is safe and happy ... and I know that she will be like a sister to your angel... God bless you, Vicki...
