Travelling Without Moving

Date of Release:
September 9, 1996.
Label: Sony Soho (S2)
Variants:
Some cd's have as bonus track “Funktion” instead of “Do you know where you’re coming from”. The release with the Ferrari back has both.

Without a doubt this album was the one who introduced Jamiroquai on global scale with the super hit “Virtual insanity”. Five Mtv awards, nominations for the Grammys, and millions of cd’s sold all over the world makes it THE ALBUM.
Musically, the band leaves aside the jazz sound to change it for one more funky. The old goodie songs speaking of the mankind’s problems were replaced for the rhythmic tunes such as “High Times”, “Alright” and “Cosmic Girl”; tunes that are already classics of the band.
Cosmic sound, human rhythm.... it´s Travelling Without Moving.
