Skydancer

Ever-popular Skydancer has had many bacon lovin scotsmen to her page lookin to share a coffee and a Danish

Brace yourself, for you are about to discover the truth behind the Danish redhead!

Born and raised on the beautiful island Mors in the middle (well, just about) of Jutland, Denmark, Skydancer has grown up to be less of a psycho than her surroundings initially may have thought - hehe, wink wink ;).

In her pursuit for happiness she has often driven herself into strange situations and has therefore been forced to take drastic action, i.e. becoming a regular at #Scotland in «96 at the tender age of 17. Since then she has been a constant nuisance to the undernet causing faithful regulars to change channel or consider if they shouldn't just forget about IRC for good.

Skydancer still remains a hopeless addict to the music of her teen years and is constantly blabbering on about Suede and other unsophisticated bands. With mixed feelings she has indulged in hours of reading and watching useless films, but these days she spends most of her time trying to look conscious in class. Indeed, Sky is A Student with the complimentary financial problems and lack of sleep. This does not, however, stop her from pestering the poor folks at #Scotland, and she will forever return to her IRC home in some way, shape or form...

And now for some REAL information:

Name: Christine (but just call me Chris).
Birthdate: March 18, 1979.

Location: Aarhus, the 2nd largest city in Denmark (and it is NOT pronounced 'arse' but 'oor-hus'!). Aarhus' Danish pet name is 'The City Of Smiles', but personally I believe it should be re-named 'The City Of Smog'... Still, it's a city with lots of music and night life, mainly due to the fact that Aarhus is full of young students.

Family: One standard issue husband named Sonny and one quite-out-of-the-ordinary black cat called Whizz (not very similar to the Whizz you all know since Whizz the cat has been 'done' - if ya know what I mean, hehe). Oh, and a mum and a dad and a 4 year older sister.

Interests: Music, anything to do with the UK including the English language and London (<- what AM I doing on #Scotland then?), animals, films and TV, poetry and literature, the future (science fiction), philosophy, religion, biology, languages in general, psychology and of course IRC.

Spare time activities: Spending money whenever I can (books, clothes, music... y'know, girls' stuff), consuming incredible amounts of sweets, crisps and fizzy drinks in front of the TV, occasionally doing my homework, writing short stories and poems. Sometimes I have health fits and go jogging or biking, but most of the time I'm too lazy for all that.

Past: 2 years at a so-called production school, where I functioned as a desktopper at the multimedia department.

Plans for the future: Studying English at Aarhus University, getting a house and 2.4 children some day...

Secret dreams for the future: a) being able to travel to interesting places around the world such as Tibet, Malaysia, Peru, Canada, Ireland, Ghana, France, China and Australia, b) to build a 'cat home' for unwanted cats where they can be safe, warm, well-fed and get lots of love and attention :)))

Most pathetic weakness: I can't help singing all the time: on my bike on the way home from school, in the shower, while washing-up... Sometimes my husband asks me in no uncertain terms to shut up!

Favourite food: Chinese seafood, good beef steaks (I have expensive eating habits!).

Favourite reading: 'Demian' by Hermann Hesse, Duckburg comics, old poetry (Keats, Tennyson, Spenser &c.). Some people claim that my Bible is Oxford's Advanced Learner's Dictionary...

Favourite music: Suede, Cure, the Jesus and Mary Chain, Bowie, James and loads more.

Favourite films: Silly girl films like Pretty Woman and Thelma & Louise, Star Wars, Aliens, anything with Dustin Hoffman, Martin Sheen or Olympia Dukakis.

If you want to know any more embarrassing facts about me, don't hesitate to ask on channel...
