Ever-popular The_Groat has had visitors waggling their chanter onto his page

Groat is a narky auld piper stuck in the flatlands of the US, and is often seen with his eyes glazed over, sitting in the corner of the channel, incomprehensibly muttering canntaireachd tae hisself.He's been playing the Highland pipes for (it is rumoured) a"bluidy long time", and plays Uilleann pipes, penny whistle, wooden flute, and other odd Celtic instruments.
