The
BBQ party at Belle's on Saturday was great. This was the third time
this year that I got to see my entire group of friends all at the
same time. I brought Doritos and Otter Pops (Belle asked that I
bring some to the party) and the others took care of the Spinach
dip, nachos, sodas, cookies, cupcakes, etc. We set up all our BBQ
stuff around the pool and Sly Guy started up the grill. Belle had
some waterballoons that she had filled up earlier, so we all got
in the pool and started throwing them at one another... |

About
a week after the attack, Sonoma State had a moment of silence
in the quad located by the clock tower. Never on a Friday have
I seen so many people gathered in one area. The clock struck noon
and we bowed our heads in silence and then slowly went about our
business once it was over. It was a very touching scene. The president
of Sonoma State came out onto the quad with us and most of my
Sonoma friends were there as well.

After
my last class on Friday, my friends Josh and Hazel invited me
to go on a field trip with the Wine Sense club that we have here
at Sonoma State. I hadn't been to a winery in years and since
I almost never take the time out to go with my Sonoma friends
on Fridays, so I decided to seize the moment.
I bought myself a disposable Kodak Advantix, since I didn't have
my camera with me at the time and I've made a special two-page
