Symbols used
Let us first
look at the symbols and terminology used here.

Used here to show that Heavenly Stems originated in the upper
segments of the pillars.

even and square, much like the square base of the Chinese compass.
Earthly Branches in the lower segments of

Show yin or yang month of birth when
projected on a point of the five star within the circle in relation with
the season of birth. February and Tiger month will be taken to the Wood
leg on the five star and shown as
