An Actual Industrial Stationary Fuel Cell  The first General Motors fuel cell trailer is in place at the Dow Chemical Company plant in Freeport, TX, helping to power one of the world's largest chemical plants. In a landmark agreement between Dow and GM, fuel cells will be used to generate 35 megawatts of power, dwarfing any previous deal using fuel cells to power buildings or industrial complexes.
