OK... Your website is done. You think you've created WEB Excellence. Let's find out. In an effort to promote stylish, well designed sites, Smiley's Golden Pages is offering several special awards. Judging will be based upon many factors, please ready the criteria carefully. These awards are not free. They must be earned. Smiley's Golden Paw Award & Smiley's Golden Smile Award were the first award graphics I created. I have since made others in order to cover a more diverse line of site qualities. Awards are listed according to their difficulty to achieve. The Gold, Silver, & Bronze awards are judged using a percentage scale. Please, be patient. This page is graphic intense.
Smiley's Golden Paw Award/Smiley's Award of Excellence/Smiley's Grreat Pet Site/Golden Smile Awards will be given to ANIMAL sites that have earned it. These awards will not be easy to win. It will be given to sites that meet or exceed the criteria. 
Smiley's Just Causes Award will be given to sites that have earned a place in our hearts as a "Just Cause" such as a rescue organization, children's group, etc. This award may not be applied for, it is given at the discretion of Smiley's Golden Pages for sites that I feel deserve it.

Touch of Class Award will be given to sites that have earned it.
This award will only be given to the sites that are not quite up to the
above standards, but are still great sites in their own right.
