Just when everyone thought Ruthless was dead and out and only on sum fag ass R&B shiiiit, they come back swingin. It looks like Xzibit has freed up King T the great off his label that wass suppose tah be happenin soon, and where does King T end up???? On Ruthless with his own label distribution deal. With Ren gone, I guess they figured King T would be a way to replace a legend with another legend, now i just hope King T releases some to those fat laced by Dre tracks so this nigga gets his propz and brings Ruthless up again. Alots happened since i Left, and it appears that major "cracker run" Universal is been the largest label lacin itz pockets and is swoopin up all of the west. Universal has signed west coast legend, DJ Quik, singin(yeah foo singin) ass Warren G, and Mack 10 whose been placed with Cash Money. Itz sad to see fag-10 end up on Cash Money, cuz ass of this moment, dat nigga'z lost all my respect. Gone is Hoo Bangin, and the only reason i ever supported this nigga and some of his weak albums wass cuz he was the only nigga tah come out and give Eazy much luv. Well here's what's up with Warrior and why this page has come to this. Warrior had a good friend get in a fight with another good friend over some stupid shit. There were no weapons used. A cheap shot at the other brotha, and maybe it was his luck that day, but he fell onto on coming trafic on a busy street and was hit by a car. Since then the other friend has been charged with attempted murder. Warrior refused to copertate with police, and speak with them, and cause of that has been thrown in for Obstruction of Justice. So yeah, sadly Warrior is not around at the moment. We hope he'll be granted bail in the coming weeks, although he has already been denied once. N Ewayz, remember a few months ago, or more like almost last year, i told yall that a new E and Bone track would be on the bone album...BTNRESURRECTION....well a source had told me. Well when the CD came out, we were all surprised it wasn't on the album...even though i confirmed it with my source who was close to the project. Some went as far as sayin I'm makin shiiit up? Well now I know why it never came out orignally and it's coming out now. Well this is why Ruthless never put it on the album in the end. Ruthless figured, why put it on the album, when we can sell them another whole album. So the new track gives ruthless a reason to sell you a album that's mostly old bone songs. We all know that the hype behind this album is the fact Scarface said this would be his last album, we not no more. Scarface has changed his mind and is in fact no longer retiring. Scarface has been president of Def Jam south for like a year now, and its his job to build this label. The first album on this label is supposed to be a mega group that includes East West and Southern Rappers. So far its said that Wack ass Nas, Scarface and Dr.Dre are part of it. Well in this months tight as hell The Source mag, Scarface graces the cover and does say in the article that he will be collaboating with Andre Young. The Scarface article in the Source is str8 up keepin it real. He talks about his problems with the DEA and how they don't wanna see a nigga be rich, and how the system is still racist as phuck. I was glad to see that finally some rapper ain't afraid to speak his mind, and brings reality to this magazine. Below is a quote from the Source. I know everyone is waiten for the new Xzibit album, which I think might ship GOLD, but don't expect to get your hands on it till Late December. That's still the firm date for the album, why? Chritmas is when the big money is floatin in stores, so to capitilize on the hype, you know people are gonna have money to spend around this time, and that people will buy yo shiiit. So expect November to pick up in the number of albums that are gonna be released as they all go chasin after the christmas bucks. Also, people have asked me about the DOC situation. Why he never made another album after the Platinum classic debut of his. Well, here's his little story for those who don't know. After he released his debut album in '90, he was in a serious car accident that ruined his voice. The brotha had mad skill, and I think he would be considered up there today with Cube had he not lost his voice.....anyways, a few years back he released another album after leaving deathrow, and called it "Helter Skelter"....the name cube and dre were gonna use for there album together. Well this album was ok, and DOC rapped with his whispering rough voice. After this he was never heard much from until the Dre2001 where you'll hear him in the skits. Anyways, for some reason his music is still published by Sony, and his publishing is "Phat Cat Music". So he still is under some kind of record deal. Otherwise, I doubt he'll ever make another album again. He was also on the Up In Smoke tour, for those of us who saw it.

I was more interested in this album, then I was ever in the highly antisipated upcoming Xzibit Restless LP. Me and Warrior have always liked Scarface and Rap A Lot shiit, and I give credit to them for being the last hardcore rap label keeping it real. Well Scarface has given us many classic albums solo, and as a member of Geto Boys. He set's the standards for him self, and comparing his new album to the past albums will disappoint a lot of people. I blame it on the cheap soundin home made beatz Scarface used. I was dissapointed BIG TIME! This album isn't too great, but lyrically it's tighter dhen hell. Scarface does rip it up on a couple of tracks, but the best track on the album is the self titled track "Last of a Dying breed". Thing is, we've always made it look like a one person show on this site, but the truth is there were really three of us. We all made this site many years ago, when the internet first started. Warrior's idea, my thinking, and True OG made this site wise. I was originally known as "The Real". All three of us live in different cities, but "always on the road" Warrior comes by here and there. We always made it look like one person, and many times people wondered what was really going on and why they would get different or mulitple replies for there e-mails. Sometimes, someone would ask something, and we'd all mistakenly e-mail them back with different answers. We started off calling the operater of the site Warrior, an alias originally used by Warrior himself. True OG carried the site for many years. Then Warrior took control when True got fed up with the commitment. We had three people acting to be Warrior, and the only person who found out and knew about it was NWA Whorider....she found out somehow. So me and True OG, created another site operator by putting our names together, "The Real"+ "TrueOG" = RealOG. So then Warrior became Warrior, and us two became RealOG. True did the news, and I did the audio as Real OG. Warrior was Warrior, but we still answered most of his e-mails. But now True OG is gone, he's got some small time deal. Wut up, this is Real OG and I'm back at this. First off I want to say Yall gotta peep the Mack 10 album....he actually put some werk into it this time. The only thing I hate about it is....Wack-10 did get soft as hell on this album. Also, he's trying to go for that bragging Rap, which is quietly goin outta style. But musically and lyrically, you can tell by listening he gave this album his best shot, but selling out has its price. and the album debut poorly at 19. This is another one of them midnight Cali updates, so when yall niggaz wake up, you can read this shiiit like a fresh paper. Anyways, I got the Mack 10 album in the mail today....and I was surprised. I remember Mack's first effort which was ok, and his second shit was aight....but his last album was phuckin wack besides the E track which is one of the best tracks Mack-10 has ever done. Otherwise besides Westside Connection, I never have liked much of Mack-10'z shiiit. But this is one steller album, compared to past shiit he's done. The only big disappointment is the Westside Connection track. It was a big let down to hear the worst track they've ever done. Timbaland produces the track "Nobody" and it's a R&B beat, with dem niggaz rappin. Wack. If the purpose of the track was to get the east coast fans on Westside Connection nutz, then they should have got DJ Premier. A couple of beats seem to have some southern flava in them, like dat Welfare money crap. But otherwise it's tight. "From tha Streetz" is his first single. The track Pimp or Die is also tight, and Too Short starts it off with a tight verse. The most promising track which would make this album easily platinum is if they make the next single "Tight to Def" feat. his wifey T-Boz. Sure the tracks soft, but I see this being played at Clubs....well its better then that "number one homo" shiiit they play. Cube come's around for "The Weekend", and they continue to kill the mic. I assume Techniec is next up on Hoo Bangin, since they gave him serveral apprences on the album. Definatly, this album is worth the money....so buy it when its out.

Lastly, I don't remember if I've mentioned it yet or not, but yall gotta go out and get the latest MC Eiht track "The Hood Is Mine" This is my fav track at the moment, the shit is tight. One of the tightest tracks Eiht and Hoo Bangin have done in a while, and definatly worth the hustle, but the rest of the album is ok.
Also, what the Phuck is CJ Mack on? Sure I know he's dissin with a purpose and puttin the gangsta in rap with Deathrow and I like dat. But he's down with Cube? so Cube's down with Dre....? I sense a media fight. CJ is jus doin it for the fame. There's too many reasons to say it's all bull shiit.

Well yall know 10 years ago this week NWA had an Album out? 100 Miles and Runnin was on the Billboard chart at #32. The Album went on to sell over 500 000 copies, and since it was an EP it was certified Platinum. And also during that time Cube was #60, but he had peaked at 19 with the platinum album "Amerikkka's Most Wanted".

Wut up yall, how yall like The Source awardz? Well they sucked, cuz there wuz no hype behind them. Too Bad they didn't show any of the fight footage, cuz that would've been tighter then any Tyson pay-per-view. Did yall see that phuck Eminem when he won the award for best video? Ha ha, well he looked like he had a Deathrow dick up his ass. He look like he was scared, and heck, Dre didn't even come out and Eminem's jus like where's Dre. But yeah that was the highlight of the night. A big Phuck you to UPN for using it's wack actors like Brandy to host the intro(preshow), for an even wacker magazine. Otherwise it was nothing great...a big let down.

Someone started beatin on one of his friends and Quik tried to stop it, and when the cops came they saw Quik trying to stop the fight, but the only person they arrested was....DJ Quik. So shiiit went down. Also, I heard something about GayMX(dmx), also gettin attacked, but it was small. Well I'll give yall more details later as they come out. Dre got 5 awards, and Eminem had recieved 2 before the show was cut short by the Police.

Kokane handles the hook and the track is called "Pimp Shit". And lastly, I think the MC Eiht track "The Hood is Mine" is one of the best tracks this summer. His new album is wack, but this one track is just off the deep end. This will probobly be this years "slept on track of the year", it is just SLAMMIN'. Yall need to go get dat shiit.

All I want to say here is this, The up in smoke tour, was the best concerts/event I've ever been too. Definatly this is the biggest and dopest concert ever, and there will never ben another like it. Shiit, if even half the people went on tour they could sell out just as many staduims, but never expect such a stacked concert again. If the concert is still coming to your town as it enters its final weeks...go peep it at any cost. You'll never get the chance again. Like I did in Chicago, I would pay a scalper $400 dollars again for a crappy seat to watch it. It's worth every buck.

Now some Ruthless news. Layzie Bone is in the Sutdio again working on a real solo album. Layzie is also in Cali right now trying to set up new offices for Mo Thugs, the label he runs mostly these days. He's relocating it to Cali and is lookin for a new office spot in LA. As yall know Krayie use to be the main one runnin Mo Thugs but now he's got his own label...so Layzie is runnin dat shiiit these dayz. But even though Layzie is in charge at Mo Thugs these dayz, his upcoming solo album will be released by Ruthless Records. Bizzy is in the Studio aswell working on projects for his new label "7th Sign". Meanwhile Krayzie is trying to put his label "Thug Line" on the map and is stilling puttin shiit together. Wish Bone is also in the studio working on a new album which will be released in 2001 on Krayie's "Thug Line" imprint. Wish Wants to release his album after the next Bone Album...the reason. Acording to Bone they will be off Ruthless after they give Ruthless one more album...but acordding to Ruthless, Bone owes them 2 more albums. But Bone's claims of tappering by Ruthless are true. And accusations by Bone saying Ruthless is trying to break them up and cuase rifts between members are also true. In reality Ruthless doesn't want anymore Bone albums...reason...well they know Bone is near the end of their contracts. And a odd album will set them free...and what Ruthless knows they lose is, there only stable group on there roster and their cash flow from other solo Bone albums. So shiiit should start flying soon between Ruthless an Bone...cuz Bone still wants out as fast as possible.

Some say I fell off, others say i'm done for and called it quits, then there's those others just plain ol' talkin shiiit. Then there's these other sites out there actin like this site don't exist....but really I be a legend. But the reason this site hasn't been updated for a while is simple...look outside its summer, so decided to go on a lil' road trip. So far, I saw in all, 4 up in smoke tour concerts. I was hopin to catch more, but after watchin 2 it was the same shiiit so phuck wastin my flow. I got tickets to two more concerts...I ain't home yet! Just when niggaz thought Ruthless was dead.....Bone gets back together and proves Ruthless will live on. In Seattle there is a radio station called Kube 93.3 and each year they have this big ass concert called summer jam where all these rappers come down. Well this year Bone was there and yup all four of them were there including Bizzie. But Flash wasn't there....

and oh yeah, there's this buzz going around that the NWA reunion is happening as we speak, inside some mobile studio. Nope, It ain't happening. I know Dre's producing tracks for the upcoming Snoop album and for other obligations as the tour continues. Cube is set to leave the up in smoke tour at the end of this month. So there are less then 2 weeks left, before cube bails out on them. Cube is set to start filming a movie at the beginning of August. So it is very unlikly that a NWA re-union album can be recorded in there spare time over a 3 week time frame. Don't expect a NWA re union album yet, even though Yella is down for it now....sort of. Yella has 3 unrelased Eazy tracks, and assume that they got 3 verses each. At most E can appear on 9 tracks is they decided to use 'em but either way they will still need approval from Ruthless. Well while I was away I was talking to some people. Dre and Quik ain't got no beef, and infact Quik will be producing a handful of tracks on the new REN album. Also, Quik and MC Eiht are gonna hook up soon for a new track...their beefs been dead for a while now. But since Quiks good friend Mause died Tuesday night, shiits up in air now...quik might delay his upcoming projects. RBX isn't on Dogghouse records, but is now on his way to the rock label "Elementree Records" which is home to those wack hoez Korn...... Dr.Dre and Ice Cube are gonna be getting lifetime acievement awards at the Source hip hop awards on August 27 for their contributions to hip hop...only one question, WHAT ABOUT EAZY-E?????? If it wasn't for E, then there wouldn't be these independant black owned record labels like there are today. Ruthless Records started this trend...

Well, After I updated my site into this new layout, I lost my old news along the way. He disses' N'Stink, but its the same teenie boppers who be buying Eminem's bullshit record. I've heard the record, and I was disappointed about how much it sucks. The reason the album is selling is obious. Finally someone disses wack celebirites, and as every one knows it...80% of hip hop is controlled by white people. Since Eminem is White...he automatically joins the ranks of Pop music bitchez who go mega platinum. Don't be surprised if Eminem goes 7 times platinum. And then there's Dre. His album is still up there, and is nearing 6X platinum. Don't expect it to budge furthur then that. One more single and the album is gonna be in the dust. Anyone been watching the Hello video? Wut up niggaz, its me Real OG bringing yall the shiiit you wanna here. Well it's been a couple weeks since I gave yall a new track to listen to. So this week I added a track due to popular demand. It's called Stallion. The track is by Yukmouth and its sort of a tribute to MC Ren who's also featured on it. It's supposed to be Lesson 3 to the " Don't matter just don't bite it" series. Lesson one is orignally on "100 miles and running" and NWA greatest hits. Lesson 2 is on the album "Efil4Zaggin" aka "Niggaz 4 Life" So here's part 3. Well download it. It's a tight track.

...well I'm finally back. Yup it's me Warrior, and I know yall been wondering where I've been an shiit. But I'm back now. First off, yeah I know Above the Law signed on with Deathrow. Since Daz left Deathrow(don't be surprised if he returns to the row), Deathrow obiously had to go out and get a group to be the headline for the label. There's no need to hate on Deathrow anymore, we all hated the row cuz of Dre when him and E were beefin. Above the Law is the greatest group ever next to NWA and Westside Connection, but they've never been able to push units. But on deathrow, I think they might finally get what they deserve...a platinum album. Sure, Ruthless is on some R&B crap right now....but Deathrow is still keepin it real, so I think it was a smart move for Above the Law to join the realest label left.

The next thing I wanna talk about is Eminem. Truth is, I never liked his shit. But I got his new album as a gift and gave it a listen. Sure the boyz got a few skillz, but I bet cha, if he wasn't white he wouldn't be as succesful. 80% of the people buying rap are white(don't mean it in a racist way). With Eminem when people see a white rapper, all the white people who buy rap shit, gang up and buy it. That alone sky rockets the sales. Since, Eminem is a commercialized Rapper(yeah the truth),he has these little girls who normally buy N'shit, and Gaystreet Boys buying his to his shiit. Then there's these parents talking about how eminem is bad for there kids and shiit, so what do there kids do? Go buy his shiit, to piss there parents off. Well what I'm getting at is, Interscope and Dre were very smart to sign Eminem. Eminem is commericalized as hell, and since he is white....he will obiously be succesful. Eminem admits it himself, that being white worked to his advantage when he was promoting his first album. This album will be succesful, and easily sell more than Dre 2001, and I expect it to go 7X platinum like those other singing ass commercialized phucks. THe reason I've avoided talking about Eminem in the past is cuz I get accused of being racist when I'm not. Eminem is the fakest hardcore wanna be rapper ever........next to Sean "Pussy" Combs.

I like how the messageboard is finally coming to life, and getting so many posts up each day...yeah I do read them. Also, the first ever Tomkia Wright Dedication page is almost done. Everyone's been e-mailing me asking why I'm making a dedication for her. Well even though she messed up so bad, if she hadn't had any business sense, Ruthless would have died. We gotta be thankful that Tomika screwed Bone over and kept the money coming to make sure the label lives. Sure alot of people could have done better, but we're glad the label's still alive....cuz ruthless was in a bit of debt before Eazy died. I will return to regular updates again. And as I look around, I see fake ass pages poppin up every where like they some nut riders. I wanna give props to all the original and real Ruthless sites out there. It's cool to see Disciple updating again, and NWA2k is still rolling thanks to Mr. Bennz. NWA Whoorider is hangin around. I'm gonna put up the first Tomika Wright Dedication page....when its up you'll know why I did. Also, I've redone most of the artist pages, and there are some new pictures for each of the rappers. So how does the site look? Leave your comments in the message board, and tell me what you like about it, and if you have any recomendations, leave those as well. So the message board topic is, how you like the new layout? Everybody, try leaving a message so we know what the visitors want and like.
