A Squirrel's Tale
Yes, I've gone nuts. Over a rodent, of all things. One Sciurus niger, aka a fox
squirrel, is currently an in-house resident. This is her story. And for
some reason That Higher Power decrees is now necessary, I find my Self surrounded by these
"rats with fuzzy tails" so this section has been expanded to include my outdoor gang and
wildlife rehabilitation resource information, too. About.com lists it as "A touching first hand
account about raising an orphaned squirrel, along with good information on wildlife
rehabilitation." And it continues to grow each week.

Screen Savers
I've combined my still photography with my computer graphics and put together some screen
savers. Nature and animals now available for your viewing pleasure!

A Squirrel's Tale Postcards
The initial review by the My Postcards staff said: "Squirrels eating, sleeping, hanging out and
doing all the other things that squirrels do. This new site features fantastic original
photography taken by a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. You'll love these cute little guys!"
(Thanks, folks!) So send someone a squirrely greeting today!

Fall's here, folks, so please remember:

Save A Stray
As many as 12 million homeless dogs and cats will enter U.S. animal shelters in 2000. A
staggering 90% of these animals will be destroyed simply because there are too many dogs and
cats and not enough homes. Donations paid by Save A Stray's sponsors fund spay and neuter
operations for dogs and cats provided by the Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). Your click
at the Save A Stray site can help make a difference!

EcoCities
Want a quick way to find "green" resources on the 'net? This is the place and it's growing
every day. Worth checking out!
The Lord's Prayer
No, in this matter, I've not gone nuts nor deserted my pagan beliefs. I simply found this
particular piece of information fascinating.

Astrology & New Age
This site was born when MSN decided to close down their Forums and switch to UCCs (User-Created
Communities.) Those of us on staff were basically out of a job and while we
did our best to work with the beta, web-based format being provided, we heard so
many complaints that some of us put our heads together and decided that it
was possible put our communities out into free space with the format and tools
our members used to enjoy. So, after a few months of hard work and hundreds
of emails flying all over the country, on September 28 - 29, 1999 we launched
our venture. We're pretty proud of what we have accomplished, and there's lots of good
information as well as places to talk with those who share similar interests.
So please consider your Self invited to take a look around!

Creative Designz Guild
This is a group which I have joined in order to advertise my web design services. So if you're looking for help with your web site, check us out!
Art Today
Creating web graphics is a blast, but sometimes you need to locate just the right image. Art Today
is a great place to find some great stuff, and if you become a member you have access to even more!
Check them out today!

The Hunger Site
Statistics show that 24,000 people die of hunger each day, which is
equivalent to one death every 3.6 seconds. 3/4 of these deaths are of
children under the age of 5. While this might seem like an
overwhelming problem, there is hope. The Hunger Site was created as a way
to allow those of us fortunate enough to have the means to not only eat, but
be online, to help. One click each day provides a count which sponsors use to
help provide food where it is most needed. Simply click on their icon to
reach the site and make a difference. (And feel free to share this
information with everyone you know!)
The Rainforest Site
The world's rainforests represent 3.4 million square miles of tropical forest that encircle the
equator. Almost two acres disappear every second. Like The Hunger Site, every
click at this site causes a donation to be made to the Nature Conservancy's Adopt an AcreŽ
program. This program provides critical rainforest acquisition and management funds and
enables the Conservancy and its in-country partner organizations to achieve their
mission of protecting biological diversity.

Black Cat & Mouse (Cursor)
This is perhaps the most charming animation I've ever run across! Simply move your cursor around
the screen and watch.
