Silly Saddam! Thanksgiving week he was thumbing his nose at the "one last warning" of less than a week before, but he should have realized that Clinton was saving any bombing till he was really desperate. This is one good thing that has come out of the impeachment mess. Tom DeLay warned us last Sunday, what a surprise. (Should have been done last year, of course.)
