Welcome to my modest collection of prose writing, short stories and longer works. I write mainly fiction and fan fiction, but some personal stories have made their way into the computer and will be included in the repitoire. Most of my recent work is as yet unfinished, due to my general lack of time to dedicate to writing, and my laziness in typing things up. Some stories may be fragmented, if I have decided to put up a section that I have finished. Be sure to send me great encouragement to keep working if you like something. On this main page I have placed current works in progress, and any featured pieces. The rest of my work is subdivided into Short Stories and my incomplete novels.
As always, if you have any comments, questions, suggestions, glaring spelling/gramatical errors you've picked out, or anything else you'd like to send my way, please sign the guestbook or contact me.
Disclaimer: Just a friendly reminder that this is all my personal work. All original work is product and copyright of myself. I must give credit to the original creators and owners of characters, places and concepts used in any fan-fiction. Plagarism of any sort will not be tolerated. Please contact me if you are interrested in placing anything you may see here elsewhere on the web.
Updated
January 2004 -
Since I've realised that I'd like to start making a division between my
old and newer work, as well as my fanfiction and original work, I've decided
to form some sub-catagories within this section. I'm putting the
infamous unfinished "novels" in here too, since there's little chance I'll
be doing any more work on them.
I've added some new material as well, including the introduction to one
of my new literary projects, Tears of Vehya, as well as a short, personal
"what if" story, What Could Have Been. I hope you enjoy.
New
(mature content)
A personal piece written on a sudden whim during
a rough time this summer. It's amazing how things like this will
just seep out of you under pressure. None of this actually happened,
but at the time it seemed at least plausible. I place it here not
because I want to share the story more than just the result. I'm
happy with it. Nice and short. Comments welcome.
The King of Tel Hayan has fallen suddenly ill, and Princess Edahna goes to be at her father's side in his last moments. She must deal with the responsibility that will be heaped on her shouders once he is gone, and meets the man that will ultimately shape her destiny...
The introduction to one of my current endeavors.
This is already being rewritten, but I'm posting this version for comparison's
sake, and because it stands on it's own. As I get more written, this
will most undoubtedly be given its own section. I'll put up more
about the plot line and my intentions later.
In Progress
Set in 16th Century France, when the nobility
was taking too much liberty and their power, and the fear and prejudice
of witchcraft is still strong. Ceylara -Cristine- becomes caught
up in a plan to rescue some local peasant farmers who have been imprisoned
by the Comte de Savine. The plan is sucessful, but she manages to
be captured instead. Her uncanny resiliance and unlikely identity
arouses suspicion, and she becomes the victim of punishement, prejudice
and revenge- all which forces Ceylara to come to terms with the nature
of her purpose of existance.-
