Welcome to Konseki - Past and Present, the home of my very first otaku senshi, Sailor Arcturus, Soldier of the Ages. This is where you'll find all the information I have on Arcturus and her civilian counterpart, Yuraino Rusui. I created Rusui on a whim, after watching Sailor Moon for the umpteenth time, and have since have joined a few online groups to play her. Since this is really her page, I'll let her show you around. She's a bit antisocial, but don't let it bother you, she's really very happy to see you ^_^ Take it away, Rusui-chan...

That's better. Anyway, there is also a fan art page, because many nice people have drawn or edited pictures of me, and because Katie thinks she's a good artist and wants to show off her stuff.

*ahem* Moving along. Eventually there will be a page of fanfiction, where you'll be able to find my history in the Silver Millenium and the story of my search for Serenity-hime in the present. Please enjoy the page, and while reading how Katie came up with me, remember that these are only her thoughts on how she wanted to create an otaku senshi, and are rather insignificant, in my opinion. But without them I wouldn't be here, so I guess I can't complain too much. Just keep that in mind, and don't take offense. Believe me, she didn't mean any.

much stuff to offer! Shinzui-san is extremely nice, too. It has more

Sailor Moon Elementals
Tsukino Hikaru's page, a very neat site dedicated to her group of
otaku senshi. Hikaru-san drew me a picture, and her art is amazing! She's
also the leader of a mailing list I'm on.
Sailor Senshi Star Seed Source Shop
This site helped me very much in the creation of Sailor Arcturus. It gives
you step-by-step info and instructions, but not strict rules, and gives you
a lot of creative leeway. It's extremely helpful ^_^
