We like these two cats. Honestly! But every time we try to play with them they hiss and scratch our noses and run away.
We go to their home and we are on our best behavior.To show we like them, we run right over to them as soon as we get there.
We run and bark and put our faces right down on the floor. Sometimes we smile and show them our nice white teeth, but they just hiss and run down cellar. Once we thought they wanted to play down there so we chased them down the stairs. We chased them all around until they jumped into the rafters and disappeared.
They pretended they weren't there, but we could hear them in the heating ducts! So we went upstairs and ate their food. It wasn't as good as ours, but we ate it anyway.
Sometimes we sit very quietly next to the cellar door and just wait. When they stick out their heads to see if we're around we bark loudly! They don't see the humor in that. They hiss and run down cellar again.
