I model an imagineered freelance Vermont narrow-gauge railroad, the Newport & Nulhengan Railway. It's set in the 1900-timeframe. It may have lasted into the the 1960's as a portion of the Pinsley shortline empire, by which time it would have been called the Northeast Kingdom Railroad. So far, the N&N exists as aseries of HOn30 modules, assorted locomotives and rolling stock. More are in various stages of planning and construction. A future project may be an HOn30 diorama of Ephriam Shay's "Hemlock Central" prototype 30-inch logging line in Harbod Springs and Emmet County, MI / Tom Hoermann-home email lindaruon@earthlink.net/work email hoermat@basf.com I have family and friends in New England, and try to visit at least once a year, usually coinciding with Whitman.
