A quite little girl, Harriet with has a striking resemblance of Takuto's girlfriend. She lives with her Grandfather and dog Walton after her parents where killed in the first alien invasion. She then came into contact with the alien Frank who became her guardian which she refers to as"Mr. Elf". Harriet, who shares a mysterious connection with Frank, is currently being used by the millitary to controll Frank and use him in their anti-alien opperations.
